- Audio and visual recordings -- if you participate in our online sharing sessions (via Google Meet or LINE), we may record the event. Recordings may capture your name, profile image, and any audio or video you share during the session. Participation constitutes consent to recording; please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.
(b) Information Collected Automatically
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website. Umami:
- Does not use cookies
- Does not collect personal data
- Does not track individual users
- Collects only aggregated, anonymous usage statistics (such as page views, referral sources, and general device or browser types)
No information collected by Umami can be used to identify you personally.
(c) Information We Do NOT Collect

- Event registration data -- retained for up to 2 years after the event date, after which it is securely deleted
- Contact enquiry data -- retained for up to 1 year after the last communication, after which it is securely deleted
- LINE communications -- retained for up to 1 year after the last interaction, after which messages are deleted from our records
- Analytics data -- Umami collects only aggregated, anonymous statistics. No personal data is retained through analytics.
When personal information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.
10. Your Rights
10.1 Rights Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
